Shipping & Returns
Every item we print goes through a Quality Control check before being shipped to ensure that your design is printed using the highest quality standards available.
We want to be sure that you receive your new WordOffs design as soon as possible so most orders ship from our manufacturing plant within 3 days or less. We have strong partnerships with the most reliable carriers to bring you the best offers available and will choose a carrier based upon the best rate and highest quality service.
It’s important to us that you LOVE every item you purchase from us. If you receive a product that is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us at email@example.com and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible at not cost to you.
In the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy with purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days for a refund. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. We’ll process your refund within two weeks of receiving your return. Shipping charges for returns will be covered only in the event that an order was incorrectly fulfilled or that the merchandise received was defective.
Prior to mailing your return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Please do not return your product without a return authorization number.
